We are happy to tell you that RICOH CloudStream v2.19.0 has been released.
Furthermore, Print&Scan status dashboard will be updated with a customer experience based format starting September 1, 2025.

Build 2025.08.07: the final piece is here: unified app, web uploads, secure guest self-registration, and now email to print.
・Email to Print: Users email attachments; we convert them and add to their secure print queue.
・Guest Access: When enabled, guests can use the service; we email their login instructions.
・Flexibility: Enable BYOD for employees, contractors, and visitors.
・Efficiency: Minimal setup, self-service account creation, and seamless document submission.
・Security: Secure authentication (via QR, OIDC/Okta/Entra) and job release.

＜PC CLIENT INSTALLATION OPTIONS＞
Benefits： Even simpler self-service installation for end-users
・We’ve simplified the installation for PC Client when users download from their web portal. The PC Client is pre-configured to connect to their domain and the default settings will enable everyone to authenticate and print immediately.
・You can no longer choose advanced installation and customise parameters when installing the pre-configured PC Client.
・Advanced installation options are still available for PC Client installation which is not pre-configured (which can be downloaded from “Installation Files” in the web admin portal.

xCard conversion now shows what card values are available for each user in their user detail.

xWhen a PC client filename contains a domain, for example: ricoh-cloudstream-client-2025.08.07.1-setup[customerdomain.com], then the advanced installation option is not offered. The PC client will start the installation right after the End User License Agreement screen. The advanced options screen is available when the domain is not present in the filename.
-Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) file-driven proxy is now correctly detected also when set via Group Policy Object (GPO).
